Good questions
Do you need my physical product?
No. Clear product photos from a few angles and your website are usually enough. If the packaging has fine details, a close-up of the label helps.
How long does it take?
Style frames come first, usually within a few days of the brief. After you approve them, the film follows. You get a timeline with your quote.
What if I don't like it?
You approve still frames before any video is made, so there are no surprises. You get one round of changes on the style frames, and one round on the finished film, as long as it stays within the approved frames. Bigger changes in direction are quoted separately.
Can I use the films in paid ads?
Yes. Final films are yours to use on your site, social channels and paid ads.
Is it really made with AI?
Yes, the footage is generated with AI video tools, and we say so openly. Editing, product fixes, typography and finishing are done by hand.
How do payments work?
We invoice through PayPal. Half up front to start, the rest on final approval. Final files are delivered once the balance is paid.
